Delegate Information

To register an individual click on add delegate button under the Delegate Registration area
Select registration options from pop up window (1 day, 2 days, workshop, etc.).
Select if the delegate is applying for a CE credit
Provide Billing Address and Mailing Address information
Click on PayPal button
Click on Return to site when done paying and you will be taken to your online receipt
